Cash-flow forecast for paychecks that change

Know what's
safe to spend.

Your balance has tides. Paychecks lift it; rent, bills and the card pull it down. Lowtide forecasts every day until your next paycheck, finds the lowest point and tells you what you can spend without touching your reserve.

The demo runs on made-up data. Nothing to sign up for.

Lowtide's Month screen: $390 safe to spend, about $33 a day until the Oct 20 paycheck, and the forecast chart with its lowest point marked.

Why Lowtide

A balance is a snapshot.
Your month is a tide.

The number in your bank app says nothing about next Tuesday, when rent and the card bill land two days before payday. Lowtide looks ahead for you.

Paychecks that change

Hours vary, so does pay. Lowtide reads your timesheets and learns what a normal week looks like. Extra hours stay extra.

Bills that don't

Rent, phone, insurance and the card land on fixed days. Every one of them is on the calendar before it hits.

A floor you never touch

Pick a reserve. Every number Lowtide shows you already keeps it out of reach, from the day it starts.

How it works

Three steps, then it runs itself.

  1. 1

    Bring what you already have

Bank alert emails flow in twice a day; statements and CSVs drop in when you have them. Timesheets sync on their own. No bank password, ever.

  2. 2

    It forecasts every day

Hours become paychecks on your real pay dates. Bills, budgets, trips and breaks go on the same timeline, day by day.

  3. 3

    You get one number

What's safe to spend, every morning at 8 as a notification, with the low tide behind it whenever you open the app.

Features

Everything your month needs.
Nothing it doesn't.

The low tide, before it comes.

Twelve months ahead, always.

A rolling forecast of every month-end, savings goals filled in priority order, and how much room each trip has without breaking the reserve.

  • Goals with what you have now and what you'll have by the date
  • The extra saving a month that closes any gap
  • The assumptions behind it, written in plain words

Privacy and security

Your money.
Not your password.

No bank logins

Lowtide never asks for a bank password. Data comes from alert emails, files you import and numbers you type.

Passkeys only

Sign in with Face ID or Touch ID. There is no password to steal, phish or reuse.

Checked at the door

A bank email only counts when Gmail's DMARC check passes for that bank's exact domain.

Open and reviewed

Every line is on GitHub, with a threat model and two security reviews written up.
